1. Individuals of 18 years and older have access to the festival, they need to hold a valid ticket and a valid ID, so that they can be identified in doubt about their age. Legitimating until 21 years is mandatory.

2. The festival organization has the right to refuse inscriptions, without giving reasons for this refusing.

3. The entrance is only valid for the session wich is mentioned on the ticket.

4. This festival is organized for you to become acquainted with a wide variety of whisky.
The intention is that you taste and not having large quantities.

5. The organization has the right to deny  - whether or not after giving a warning – you the access to the festival or the festival area or to remove you, if you are in the opinion of the organization:
• under the influence of alcohol, that you a danger to yourself or others and  / or cause discomfort
• commits violence or threatens others with violence and / or other criminal offense
  
6. The dram/jeton is the currency at the festival. A dram/jeton represents a value of € 1. Dram’s/jetons are available from the organization during the festival. 
 
7. Throughout the event, the organization will make every effort to protect people and property.
Anyway the festival organization expressly disclaims any liability:
• due to the effects of alcohol consumption in the broadest sense;
• for damage to people and property, in the broadest sense, by anyone or anything whatsoever;
• Before and  / or effect of transactions between visitors, exhibitors and / or site operators, of whose nature and extent whatsoever.
